Added: May 20, 2016 8:30 pm The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit for a single award, firm fixed-price service type contract for deck preservation, non-skid coating of the Yard Oiler Navy (YON-319) main deck in support of NAVSUP FLCPS Fuel Depot Manchester. The YON-319 is located at NAVSUP FLCPS FD Manchester, 7501 Beach Drive E, Port Orchard, WA. 98366, Fenick Pier. The place of performance is at the vessel location. This requirement is intended to be negotiated on a total small business set-aside basis as a Commercial service in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors resulting in award of a Firm-Fixed Price, Services type contract.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 27 May 2016 with a closing date of on or before 6 JUNE 2016. A site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, 1 June 2016, with details identified on the solicitation. All prospective offerors are welcome to attend. A complete statement of work will be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring this site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.

Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at https://www.sam.gov.
