Added: Jun 06, 2011 7:12 pm The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract for the Deadman Hole Recreation Site Renovation. The project consists of the following: Providing materials and labor to construct improvements to Deadman Hole Recreation Site including installation of Government provided vault toilet, construction of a new boat ramp, parking areas, trail, day use area, roads, shelters and camping sites; and obliteration of the old boat ramp and specified roads. The project site is located in Custer County, Idaho approximately 13 miles southwest of Challis, Idaho on Highway 75. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a standard size of $33.5 M. This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUBZone Set-aside. This announcement serves as the advanced notice for the project. For amendments and updates, register or update the registration at the FedConnect website at http://www.fedconnect.net. Estimated issue date is June 28, 2011.
