This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to negotiate on another than full and open competition basis with DF/NET Research Inc. to procure software maintenance for existing DataFax Clinical Trial Management System Software; period of performance 05/01/2019-04/30/2020.

DataFax is a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and is needed to support various NIAID international collaborative research protocols.
