Amendment 002:
The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question:
Specifications 4d, what do exactly the "absolute timestamps" mean? Are they the timestamps expressed as the real time in the format of year-month-date-hour-minute-second-millisecond?
By absolute timestamps we mean that the number representing time can be related to "wall clock" time. It does not have to be in the format YYYYMMDDhhmmss, but require that number to be related to it. There is an IEEE standard (IEEE 1588 or the Precision Time Protocol) which describes a 64 bit timestamp type with nanosecond resolution.
All other terms remain unchanged.
