Solicitation No. R17PS00154: Dam Site Roofing Material



The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Elephant Butte Field Division, has a need to procure a product that produces a seamless, fluid-applied single component epoxy enhanced waterproof cool roof membrane system that is capable of withstanding ponding water conditions on flat or low slope surfaces. The system needs to be self-adhered, self-flashing, and self-priming over existing stable roof membranes, metal roof flashings and curbs, and Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof substrates and shall cure to provide a weatherproof reinforced elastomeric membrane with minimum of 2800 psi. A sufficient amount of product must be supplied to enable coverage of at least 16,000 square feet with a finished dry mil thickness of at least 50 DFT.


Brand name or equal to the SureCoat Roof System.


Delivery to Elephant Butte Dam, NM, with an anticipated required delivery date of 30 days after award.


COMPETITION:


Solicitation R17PS00154 is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The requirement shall be procured in accordance with Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote.


The Government reserves the right to award with or without discussions. The complete specifications will be defined in the solicitation documents.

SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE:


The anticipated release date for Solicitation No. R17PS00154 is March 13, 2017.
The anticipated Quote due date is March 17, 2017 at 1500 hours local time (MDT).
