The Work consists of the following: The Bureau of Land Management, Utah State Office, has a requirement to repair and restore active headcuts on Telegraph Flat, near the southern boundary of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (GSENM). Engineered erosion control measures (i.e., geotextile material, sloped rock mulch rundowns, rock sheet flow collectors, and zuni bowls) will be installed to reduce erosive forces that are causing the headcut in the project area.
