The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the software support of the web hosted applications from Open Access Technology International, Inc (OATI) under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Western Area Power Administration is currently using the OATI webTrans, and all the other interrelated sister-programs indicated below. The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 518210 and the business size standard is $32.5 million. The contract is to supply software support for the following existing applications:

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be posted.
