This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Voice of America's East Asia and Pacific Division in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i). This acquisition is restricted to the following brand name sources (manufactures):

Apple, Promise Technology, Speck, Moshi, Lexar, Microsoft, Zagg, Under Armour, G-Technology, IOGEAR, Dell, Belkin, Comprehensive. Only the manufactures and authorized resellers/partners of the manufactures, outlined in the purchase description determined by the line items, are acceptable. The action being approved herein is a competitive brand name, firm fixed price acquisition of specific brand name products outlined in the purchase description. This equipment is standardized and integrated with other video production hardware and software in the VOA East Asia Pacific Division. The material or service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, and function) with existing systems presently installed. The current equipment is manufactured by, but not limited to Sony, Sennheiser, Rode, Benro, Hoya, Canon etc., and all of the new products/services must coordinate, connect, or interface with existing systems. The hardware must be delivered NLT than 30 days after award. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items.

All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please provide a copy of your SAM.gov registration (or DUNs number) Evaluation (Criteria) Factors for Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offers conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price 2. Quote EVALUATION FACTORS: Price: The Offeror's price quote will be evaluated to determine fairness and reasonableness. Basis for Award: Price Proposals are due NLT 4pm Friday, August 30, 2019 EDT. The Government reserves the right to make a selection based upon the initial proposal submissions so the offeror should submit its best terms in the initial proposal. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
