This is a new contract, firm fixed price, sole source. This contract was signed on 30 September 2019 in the amount of $4,163.40.

This contract was to perform emergency response cleanup of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) that was accidently released in and around Hangar 408. Contain, cleanup, and containerize to the maximum extent practicable AFFF associated with the Hangar 408 release. Use drum vacuums and absorbent pads to contain, cleanup, and containerize to the maximum extent practicable AFFF associated with the Hangar 408 release. The affected area is the entire hangar, the area between the hangar and the concrete barriers on the West side of the flightline road, and the 500 feet of flightline road to the South. A small area draining down the sidewalk on the East side of the hangar. Place 55-gal drums of waste into the Environmental Element stake bed truck.
