THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS NEEDING CONSDIERATION IN BIDDING THIS PROJECT:

Access to pull sights in some cases may be VERY difficult. 4. Noted dozens of mid span sleeves that may need to be cut out before pulling the new fiber in with the old. (Helicopter work.) 5. Pre-Bid meeting Questions 1. Can we use the existing static wire to pull in the new OPGW.
Answer: Yes if the old static wire will support the pull.
Question 2. I did not find the liquidated damages that would be accessed if the project does not meet the completion requirements. What are the liquidated damages for this project?
Answer: There are no per say liquidated damages. However, if you do not complete the project in time and need a time extension, depending on the circumstances, I will ask for consideration for that extension in terms of what my inspector costs or if any revenue is lost in terms of not being able to generate and supply power, I may seek those loses as well.
Question 3. Is the pre-bid mandatory?
Anwser: NO.
