The emerging markets service covers cross-cutting macroeconomic issues affecting China, India, Latin America, Emerging Asia, Emerging Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Capital Economics offers an independent view of these markets. These regions include many of U.S. agriculture's most important export markets, as well as its closest competitors. The agricultural commodities service produces analysis that directly links global macroeconomic events to the agricultural sector. It covers agricultural markets generally and offers in-depth analysis and price forecasts for grains, oilseeds, rice, sugar and cotton, as well as tropical commodities and lumber. The global economics service provides timely, cross-cutting global macroeconomic analysis. A feature of this service is a monthly report, Global Trade Monitor, which provides valuable information on how current economic events impact the outlook for international trade. Issue-driven analysis of the type provided by Capital Economics can be assembled from many different sources, particularly news periodicals and government and international agencies' websites.
