This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with three -1 year Options for:


Power Supply


NSN: 6130-01-526-1311


Part Number: XHR40-25/ 17G443555-1.


The Basic is for Quantity 2 each (includes First Article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO) and Equipment Technical Manual (1 EACH).


The 3-1 year Options are based on Quantity range of 1-2 each.


In the event of total aircraft electrical power failure, the C-17 utilizes 8 (eight) identical emergency battery power supplies to provide emergency power to the inertial reference units, the emergency evacuation light system, and the emergency egress sequencer. A means is required at the intermediate and depot levels of maintenance to assist capacity testing and verification operation of each emergency battery power supply.


This requirement will be for Full and Open Competition.


Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List Systems (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.


The approximate solicitation release date will be October 18 2019 with a response date of November 19, 2019.
