About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to procure district project coordinator support services to assist with implementation of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law projects in its Seattle District. Offerors must propose fully burdened labor rates for a district project coordinator to provide program management, coordination, and liaison duties over a potential five-year period. Proposals are due by August 17, 2023 and pricing should cover a base year plus four option years at 1980 hours per period of performance. The solicitation is set aside for vendors on the FAA's Qualified Vendors List under NAICS code 541611 and PSC code R499. The single-award IDIQ contract has a place of performance in Seattle, Washington and will be funded by Bipartisan Infrastructure Law appropriations allocated to the FAA Southwestern Region.
The opportunity is set aside for total small businesses. Key responsibilities of the district project coordinator include serving as liaison to stakeholders and assisting with project planning, resource analysis, and communications to minimize impacts to airspace operations. The selected contractor must submit monthly progress reports and an annual final report. Evaluation will consider the realism and reasonableness of proposed pricing for the base and all option years.
