The Federal Aviation Administration Memphis District is soliciting proposals for a District Project Coordinator contract to support implementation of projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The selected contractor must provide a District Project Coordinator to assist the District Manager and Program Management Office with program administration, data analysis, project planning, resource and financial management, and baseline agreement preparation. Proposals are due by August 17, 2023 and will be evaluated based on technical qualifications and price.

The period of performance covers a base year starting in 2023 with four optional one-year extensions, for a total of five years. Pricing is required for 1980 hours per year under each contract line item number. The place of performance is Memphis, Tennessee.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition ManagementSystem (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA has a requirementfor a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support the BipartisanInfrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the Memphis District. Please review allattachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an offer.
This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the Memphis District under the FAAQualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project OversightContract Support for the Air Traff ic Organization (ATO).
