1. To remove the follow statement, "This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C)". And change the set-aside to total small business and include 52.219-6 -- Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside.

As prescribed in 19.508(c), insert the following clause:

Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (Nov 2011)

(a) Definition. ¿Small business concern,¿ as used in this clause, means a concern, including its affiliates, that is independently owned and operated, not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, and qualified as a small business under the size standards in this solicitation.

(b) Applicability. This clause applies only to--

(1) Contracts that have been totally set aside or reserved for small business concerns; and

(2) Orders set aside for small business concerns under multiple-award contracts as described in 8.405-5 and 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F).*

(c) General.

(1) Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

(2) Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to a small business concern.

(d) Agreement. A small business concern submitting an offer in its own name shall furnish, in performing the contract, only end items manufactured or produced by small business concerns in the United States or its outlying areas. If this procurement is processed under simplified acquisition procedures and the total amount of this contract does not exceed $25,000, a small business concern may furnish the product of any domestic firm. This paragraph does not apply to construction or service contracts.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A16PS01245 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86



This acquisition is set aside 100% Native Owned Small Business, (Description): The contractor shall provide a quote for the following convection steamer to be shipped to the BIE-Tohaali Community School, PO Box 9857, US HWY 491, Newcomb, New Mexico. Equipment¿s have to be the same brand and item and cannot be substitutes and brand new not used ones. Quotes will accepted for all items only. Incomplete offers will not be considered. Award will be made on all or None Basis.





QUOTE LINE ITEMS:



1. 1 each - Convection Steamer, Vulcan Model No. C24GA10-BSC, Convection Steamer, Gas, 2 compartments on 24¿, cabinet base, (10) 12¿ X 20¿ X 2-1/2¿ deep pans total, high output stainless steel steam generator with staged water fill, manual control with 60-minute timer with buzzer each compartment, split water line, stainless steel interior, exterior, frame & flanged feet, electric ignition, 125,000 BTU.

1 each, 1 year limited parts & labor warranty, standard

1 each, K12 School Nutrition extended warranty extends the warranty for 12 months beyond the 12 months Original Equipment Warranty, not to exceed 24 months from date of installation

1 each, BSC controls: Basic control package, manual control with 60-minute timer, manual drain with timed SmartDrain and Powerflush System, standard

1 each, LP gas (add-2 suffix) (specify elevation if over 2,000 ft.)

1 each, 120v/60/1-ph w/ground, 300w, 2.0 amps, with 6 foot power cord & 3-prong plug, standard
