  • The purpose of this requirement is to replace old steam and condensate pipes and associated equipment located near AHU-14 and AHU-10 in the lower level of B301. The pipes and equipment are old and in poor condition with existing leaks and extensive corrosion. Please see the Solicitation for full details. 
  • Dates for Questions and Site Visit:
    • Site visit will be held at Offut AFB on [7 July 2020] at 11:00am, please contact Ms. Anna Mosier at  anna.mosier@us.af.mil and CC A1C Sanchez at jan_ryan.sanchez@us.af.mil and Mr. Cody Benjamin at cody.benjamin.3@us.af.mil for base access inquiries. If there are a few contractors attending, they will require a pass, please contact Ms. Anna Mosier. If a sizeable amount requests to attend they will need to provide the following informationfor an EAL: 
      • Legal Name of Guest (Last, First, MI)
      • Gender
      • DOB
      • Driver's License# ( Compliant with DHS Real ID Act), if unavailable then State FNV Passport or Immigration ID #
      • Citizenship (Country)

      • The existing suspended condensate collection tank (flash tank) measures 18” diameter x 4’-6” length, and has 2 ea 2” inlets on top and 2ea 1” outlets on the bottom.

        The existing condensate pump station has the following characteristics: A Sterlco duplex style condensate station, motor models P48K2EB&A1 rated at 208-230 V / 460 kw, ¾ hp, 3 ph, 60 Hz, 3450 rpm, with pumps rated at least 20 psi discharge, a receiver capacity near 25 gallons, and a rating per pump of at least 18 gpm.

        The existing pressure relief valve has the following characteristics: set to relieve at 35 psig, sized at flow of 3696 lbs/hr for pipe discharge to floor drain.
