About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice seeks proposals to install approximately 6,150 single pane glass, 15-inch stackers throughout Building B1000 to raise the height of all workstation walls to a minimum of 6 feet. The procuring agency is the Air Force Air Combat Command. The stackers must seamlessly integrate into existing Allsteel Terrace brand modular furniture systems as specified in the referenced specifications document. Proposals are due by July 14, 2020 and must include all labor, materials, design work, and return of excess materials to another building. Evaluation will consider the offeror's ability to meet the specifications for the baseline Allsteel Terrace furniture.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The work involves services under NAICS 238210 - Electrical Contractors and PSC S206 - Miscellaneous Building Finishing and Covering Work. The current modular furniture was previously acquired under Air Force contract FA460016D0013, indicating Allsteel as a potential incumbent. The pre-solicitation notice does not provide an estimated award value or timeline for completion of the stacker installation services.
