About this opportunity
The Special Notice is related to an upcoming Industry Day event hosted by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Operations and Information) (ODASA-FOI) and the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASA(FM&C)) for the Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services procurement. The purpose of the Industry Day is to provide information and engage with potential contractors for the AFI Program Support Services, which will involve support in the areas of Accountability and Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC), Program Management, Financial Management and Accounting Operations, Systems Support, and Financial Statement Preparation and Publication. The event will be held on April 16, 2024, and contractors must register their attendance by providing the required information to the specified points of contact no later than April 12, 2024. Eligibility is limited to U.S. citizens, with each offeror permitted a maximum of three participants.

Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services Contract – Industry Day
The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Operations and Information) (ODASA-FOI) & Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASA(FM&C)) are responsible for the monitoring and execution of the Army’s Accountability, Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC), and Financial Reporting programs. Contractor support is required in the following areas: Accountability and RMIC; Program Management Support; Financial Management and Accounting Operations; Systems Support, and Financial Statement Preparation and Publication. It is expected that the preceding areas of support will be necessary throughout the ARMY, other DOD Services, and Shared Service Providers (SSP) such as Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) office locations.
The Government is contemplating a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract with a ten (10) year ordering period and with an estimated total value of $1.5 - $2 Billion.
ASA(FM&C) in partnership with the Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) will host an Industry Day in support of the Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services procurement. Advance notice of attendance is required.
