This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Ft. Stewart, GA, has a requirement for a Contractor to supply two (2) sufficient and adequately trained personnel to satisfactorily manage, operate and administer a Relocation Education Program at Fort Stewart, GA through the Army Community Service

The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, services and materials except as specified as government-furnished and must be required to perform all functions listed within the Performance Work Statement.

The area of performance is primarily within Fort Stewart.

A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The period of performance is to begin on or about 29 September 2014 and continue through 28 September 2015. This requirement will be set aside as HUBZone Small Business under the NAICS code 561110, Office Administrative Services. The small business size determination will be $7.5 million. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM).

This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and https://www.fbo.gov/. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Internet address provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
