Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purposes of this amendment are to (1) extend the receipt of offers response date to September 30, 2015, 12:00 P.M. PST (2) and provide clarification on what constitutes a responsive quote for Phase I.

To be determined responsive, a vendor's quote must contain (1) the type of projectors and lens that are being offered, (2) information that shows the equipment meets the minimum requirements listed in Appendix A of the solicitation, and (3) specifications of the offered equipment to include descriptive literature such as illustrations and drawings.

The offered products will be evaluated on the basis of information furnished by the offeror. The Government is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer.

The due date for receipt of offers is extended to September 30, 2015, 12:00 P.M. PST.

Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on September 10, 2015. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a separate written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to vendors' questions submitted prior to September 17, 2015 at 10:01 A.M. PST. The questions and responses are posted with this solicitation.

The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. All quotations must be submitted to the contract specialist no later than 12:00 P.M. (PST) on Friday, September 25, 2015.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is included as Attachment #1. All instructions to offerors are contained in Attachment #1. It is the responsibility of the offerors to completely read the solicitation document for this requirement.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.

Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing by e-mail no later than September 17, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. PST. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any).

Quotes are due no later than 12:00 P.M. (PST) on September 25, 2015, to Contract Specialist, gary.a.shelley@nasa.gov.
