The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, non-personal services and other items necessary to implement and maintain Afghan Evacuee Telecommunication Service for the Administration for Children & Families (ACF) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) as defined in this SOW.
