The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks an experienced professional to provide administrative and management support as the administrative operations assistant to the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, Technical Support Office (E&E/TSO), under the direct supervision of the Deputy Director. This position is responsible for independently performing a wide variety of administrative, management, and program support activities necessary to effectively support TSO.
The incumbent must have the ability to interact with a broad range of internal and external partners and function successfully as a member of a fast-paced multi-functional office. The incumbent must also have demonstrated initiative and ability to manage competing work priorities and work independently when required. The incumbent must also have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The incumbent should also be team-oriented player and able to take direction from and interact effectively with a number of team members.
