" Fire Code does not allow tent/structure to be located within 20 feet of property line, buildings, temporary membrane structures, other tents and canopies, parked vehicles or internal combustion engines.
" Current Flame Retardant certificate is attached.
" Call out on Plan: Fire Extinguisher Provided
" Minimum of 2 exits are shown on drawing (occupancy of more than 10).
" No Smoking signs to be posted.
" Electrical cords to be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code.
" Contact Person Name and Phone #: ________________________________
The Tent/canopy MUST stay erected for the days listed on the application. If the tent/canopy is taken down during the days listed on the application, a new application and permit must be obtained to erect the tent again. Example: Dates of use October 20 November 1 2006, the tent must remain erected these days and cannot be taken down and put back up again during those dates. If this happens, a citation could be issued.

Added: May 11, 2010 11:40 am The USA National Special Olympic Games will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska from 17-23 July 2010. An RFQ along with layouts and venue scheduling is attached.

A mandatory site visit will be held 19-20 May 2010. In order to receive the contract the Contractor must visit all sites in that two day period. A sign-in sheet will be done at each site that is visited.

If you are going to attend the site visit please call Sandy Leach at 402-309-7543 or e-mail her at sandra.leach2@us.army.mil to notify her so that arrangements can be made to have transportation available to these site. All venues will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Pricing will be due no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2010.
