This announcement is to amend the solicitation to post a Revised Statement of Work and the questions/answers for all interested parties for ADA Restroom Project for Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Park.
The deadline for questions and answers has been extended from Thursday, 23 March 2017 1PM ET to Monday, 27 March 2017 1PM ET.
The solicitation response date of Thursday, 6 April 2017 5PM ET will remain the same and is not extended.
The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on FedConnect; www.fedconnect.net.

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Midwest Region, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the ADA restroom project for the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Site in Dayton, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to remove and replace outdated restroom fixtures and materials, and install and upgrade existing restroom areas in the Interpretive Center to ensure ADA compliance of those fixtures and materials to meet all current ADA standards.
SOLICITATION NUMBER: P17PS00434.
PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early April 2017 with performance to begin in April 2017. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Montgomery County, OH will apply.
EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 236220, and the size standard is $36.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued and available mid/late February 2017 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov and FedConnect, website at https://www.fedconnect.net.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
