16. Description: One U.S. or foreign flag, Lift-on/Lift-off (LO/LO) breakbulk vessel capable of carrying cargo delineated in a packing list, available upon request, to support resupply operations for McMurdo Station, Antarctica/Operation Deep Freeze 2022. The vessel shall have minimum of 50 Reefer Plugs (230V/60HZ/3 PHASE), minimum of two cranes with 100 MT (per crane) lifting capacity, a maximum overall length of less than or equal to 180 meters (590 feet) or a laden draft of less than or equal to 9.7 meters (32 feet) and a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.
