This solicitation seeks quotes for the supply of medical grade gases including liquid nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, and air as well as cylinder rentals. Contractors that submit a quote must include the following to be considered for award:
Signed & completed RFQ Document (Standard Form 1449)
Section 17a with Unique Entity ID (UEI)
Sections 30a-30c with signature
Signed & completed RFQ Amendment Document (Standard Form 30)
Sections 15a-15c with signature
Completing the Pricing Schedule within the Amendment
Quotes shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at robin.simmons@va.gov. Incomplete or late quotes shall be considered nonresponsive. All quotes must be received by the closing date Tuesday, July 05, 2022 NLT 4:00PM EST.
Quotes shall be inclusive of all shipping expenses, as well as any other miscellaneous taxes or fees.

Basis for award resulting from this RFQ will be made to offeror IAW FAR 13.106-2 to the lowest priced quotation that meets the requirements described in this notice.
