The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Armament Center intends to procure a six million electron volt linear accelerator from VJ Technologies, Inc. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armament Center intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal to VJ Technologies, Inc. 89 Carlough Road Bohemia, NY 11716-2903 (CAGE Code 0JLW5) pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5: Exclusive Licensing Agreements for the purchase of a Six (6) Million Electron Volt (MeV) linear accelerator. VJ Technologies, Inc. is the only company that can provide the requested integration with Vi3 software. The resultant contract shall award a firm fixed price contract. The delivery date for this is eight (8) months from date of award. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The highest distribution level for this solicitation/contract is: Distribution Statement D.
