5th Floor Human Resources Construction/Renovation Project
This is a pre-solicitation announcement notifying vendors/firms that the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) anticipates release of a formal firm-fixed price Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 5th Floor Human Resources (HR) Construction/Renovation Project for services to be performed at the USGS in Reston, VA.
This procurement is a 100% HUBZone Set-aside.
In accordance with the statement of work, specifications, terms and conditions and drawings that will be posted under the formal solicitation, the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to successfully complete the 5th Floor HR Construction/Renovation Project at the USGS in Reston, VA.
The estimated period of performance is 6 months from date of award or 8 months from date of award if all potential options are exercised.
The estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Solicitation G17PS00342 will be issued in May or June 2017 (release timeframe is subject to change). All information for this solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Hardcopies will not be available.
