About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks a 45-day time charter for a tanker capable of carrying a minimum of 36,000 barrels of clean petroleum products, including JP5, JP8, F76 and JA1. The Military Sealift Command of the Department of the Navy will evaluate proposals for one double-hull tanker with segregated ballast tanks that can perform deliveries between ports in Japan, Korea, and the U.S. territory of Guam between February 18 and April 3, 2022. Questions are due by January 28 and proposals are due February 2, 2022.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. The primary NAICS code is 483112 and the PSC code is V503. As this work will be performed entirely outside of the U.S. and its territories, all responsible sources may submit a proposal. The contractor and award value are to be determined. The time charter period will last 45 days to transport petroleum products within the stated delivery ranges and ports.
