The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO-8) intends to solicit and award for a brand name or equal for a Bobcat S770 Skid Steer Loader for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333924 with a related small business size standard of 900 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, 05-22-2024. It is the responsibility of the quoter to review General Supply Schedule for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation.
