Description: U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) or combination Roll-On/Roll-Off Lift-On/Lift-Off (RO/RO-LO/LO), self-sustaining vessel(s) (multiple award up to 3 vessels) capable of carrying a portion of 408,327 square feet of military cargo (wheeled and tracked vehicles and breakbulk). The minimum capacity (measured in square feet) per vessel offered is 100,000 square feet of cargo from the packing list. Vessel(s) must be capable of maintaining 15 knots while laden.
