16. Description: This requirement is for U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel(s) (up to two vessels or until government needs have been met) capable of carrying a portion of 341,120 sqft/25,500 short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk). Each vessel shall be capable of carrying a minimum of 85,000 sqft of military cargo and the minimum laden speed shall be 15 knots.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Corpus Christi, TX (USA) and redelivery is Northern Europe, Range and Port in Charterers Option (Intentions are Emden, Germany; Esbjerg, Denmark; or Aarhus, Denmark.). The laydays commence 09 April and cancel 12 April 2024, with offerors to indicate estimated time of arrival. The charter period will be 23 days for each awarded charter.
