- Description: Request one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 241 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The intended Hazardous Material, without guarantee, is Hazard Class 1 material, Divisions 1.1D, and the container have an average weight of 33,400 lbs and with a maximum container weight of 33,400 lbs. The maximum length of the vessel overall (LOA) shall not to exceed 825ft./251.4 m., the laden draft shall not exceed 33.8 ft./10.3 m, and the minimum laden speed shall be 13 knots.
