This procurement is Full & Open Competition and will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin.  Government First Article Testing required. The required delivery 180 DARO for the FAT followed by 507 days Govt evaluation, and 300 days ARO for production, total is 987 days ARO total.  Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. Higher-level quality ISO is required. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI) and Critical Safety Item (CSI).
