Projects Defined

On GovTribe, a Project is a federal bid opportunity. We mine procurement information about federal contract opportunities from FBO.gov and its subsidiary sites in real time. Each Project page contains the consolidated procurement information for a specific bid opportunity.

Whenever possible, we consolidate into one Project page all of the presolicitation, solicitation, award, and post-award information associated with a specific bid opportunity - even if that information is scattered across multiple notices or procurement sites at the source.

Throughout the rest of the Project glossary, all procurement/opportunity notices will be referred to as Projects.
