Creating Dashboards

All users start with a single Dashboard, but you can add as many dashboards are you'd like. For example, let's say you'd like a Dashboard to focus on a specific federal account space or pursuit team. Create another Dashboard that's customized to show only the most relevant information for this account.

  • 1 Click the Dashboards link on the user menu.
  • 2 Click the button at the top right hand side of the page. The Dashboard menu will expand: Dashboard Menu
  • 3 Click the " Add dashboard" menu item.

Once the new Dashboard is created, you'll be able to add widgets, rename, or share it as you would with your existing Dashboard.

Rename Dashboards

If you create multiple dashboards, or share your Dashboard with a team, it's important that their name reflects their purpose. For example, if you have a Dashboard dedicated to tracking procurement activity at the Air Force, you could name it "Air Force Account".

  • 1 Click the Dashboards link on the user menu.
  • 2 Click the name of the Dashboard. The Dashboard Name dialog will appear: Rename Dashboard
  • 3 Click Confirm to save your changes or Cancel to cancel.

Add Widgets to Dashboards

Widgets are configurable blocks that you can add to your dashboard. For example, they give you the ability to create one dashboard for tracking your Air Force pipeline and another dashboard for your Navy pipeline.

Let's add the Pipeline Value widget to your dashboard. This widget shows you the total probable value and total estimated value of one or all of your pipelines.

  • 1 Click the Dashboards link on the user menu.
  • 2 Click the button at the top right hand side of the page. The dashboard menu will expand: Add Dashboard
  • 3 Click the Add widget menu item. The Add widget dialog will appear. Start typing the name of the widget you'd like to add. In this case, type "Pipeline Value": Add Widget When "Pipeline Value" appears, click the name of the widget, then click Add to add the widget to your dashboard.
  • 4 You should now see the pipeline value widget on your dashboard. Select a pipeline by typing its name, or select "All" to see values for all of your pipelines. Pipeline Value Widget

Share Dashboards

If you'd like to show your colleagues your Dashboard, or invite them to edit it, you can share your Dashboard. Sharing Dashboards allows your team to have access to Dashboards you've created, but are relevant to them. For example, if you've created a Dashboard to track your company's Air Force account, you can share the Dashboard with the other members of the Air Force account team.

  • 1 Click the Dashboards link on the user menu.
  • 2 Click the button at the top right hand side of the page. The Dashboard menu will expand: Dashboard Menu
  • 3 Click the " Add to team" menu item.
  • 5 The Share With Team dialog will appear. Start typing the name of the team you'd like to share the Dashboard with. Add Dashboard
