How Do Subscriptions Work?

GovTribe provides Subscriptions to our service on both monthly and annual billing cycles. Also, our Subscriptions are tiered by the number of users. For example, our 5 User Monthly Subscription provides accounts for five distinct people, billed every month.

The GovTribe Subscription provides complete, unlimited access to all of our features and data. One price. No hidden fees. No upsells. No BS.

The GovTribe Subscription will automatically renew, based on your billing cycle. For example, if you are on a 1 User Annual Subscription, we will charge your credit card every year unless your Subscription is changed. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Subscription at any time.

Add a Person to Your Subscription

You can add a Person to your Subscription at any time. However, you may only add people up to the cap of your current Subscription. If you need to add more people than your current cap allows, you will need to upgrade your Subscription first.

For example, let's say you purchased a 5 Person Subscription but have only added three people (including yourself) to your account thus far. This means you can add two more people, without upgrading your Subscription.

On the other hand, let's say you have a 5 Person Subscription account and have added five people (including yourself.) If you'd like to add another person to your account, you will need to upgrade your Subscription first.

The following example will show you how to add a person to your account.

  • 1 Click the gear icon by your name on the user menu.
  • 2 This page shows you your current Subscription and everyone on your account. Add User
  • 3 Click the hamburger menu button. Select "Add User." Add User
  • 4 Enter the email of the person you wish to add. Optionally, you can add them to a Team. Add User
  • 5 That's it! The person will receive an email invite to GovTribe.

Remove a Person from Your Subscription

You can remove a person from your Subscription at any time. Removing a person from your Susbcription will "release" a spot that can be used by another user.

The following example will show you how to remove a person from your account.

  • 1 Click the gear icon by your name on the user menu.
  • 2 This page shows you your current Subscription and everyone on your account. Add User
  • 3 Click the "X" button next to the name of the user you want to remove.
  • 4 That's it! The person will be removed from your Subscription.

Change Your Subscription

You may change your subscription at any time. This means you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever it makes sense for you.

The following shows you how to upgrade your Subscription.

  • 1 Click the gear icon by your name on the user menu.
  • 2 This page shows you your current Subscription and everyone on your account. Change Subscription
  • 3 Click the Plans drop down box amd select your new Subscription. Change Subscription
  • 4 Click the blue "Change Plan" button to confirm.
  • 5 Click "OK" to confirm. Change Subscription
  • 6 That's it! Your subscription has changed.
