Description/Specification/Work Statement For CGC ESCANABA Watertight Hatches Support
Work Statement
Based on the 2020 Watertight Closure Assessment, CGC ESCANABA has a significant need for two new watertight hatches. One 36" x 36" Raised WT Hatch, Steel, 10-dog with 12" coaming w/ 21" RWTQA Scuttle. One 24" x 24" Flush WT Hatch, Steel, 6-dog, Individual Dogs both of which have been identified for replacement. The need has been documented in NCWR 20210009 and 20210001, which list all CG DWG’s associated with both Watertight Hatches. Both Hatches will need to ship to Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, VA. for ESCANABA’s FY22 Dry Dock Small Availability.
Period of Performance: ARO is 12-14 weeks from receipt of payment to the actual shipment date of all parts being ordered.
