5. The pricing schedules request prices for half day, full day, multi-day and weather day. Please clarify or define the weather day meaning.

At times some projects will only require a very brief site visit for evaluation purposes (halfday) while at other times it will take a full day or multiple days. If the contractor’s vessel rateswill differ for different durations, it should be provided in the schedule.
Weather days are essentially stand-by days on multi-day projects (for example if on aweeklong project, weather preempts work during one day but the vessel is mobilized, thecontractor shall provide the rate for the vessel while mobilized but not underway duetoweather).
The pricing requires rates for half day, full day, multi-day and weather day.

6. On the pricing schedules there is no space or line for stand-by rates. We understand it can be useful to establish this type of rate in order that the agency can have a vessel, personnel and or any other required equipment ready to be in use but without paying a full rate.
