STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR
3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) Tank Jacks from All Metal Maintenance Stands
20 November 2017

OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR 3D BATTALION 160TH S-3 SECTION
SCOPE
3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) requires vendor to provide operational equipment for the 160th SOAR(A).
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
1.1.1 Tank Jack from All Metal Maintenance Stand
· Part Number RWTL-147 Tank lift
REQUIREMENTS
0. Core The vendor must have the equipment in stock and be able to deliver equipment in an appropriate amount of time.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The delivery of equipment needs to be within the appropriate amount of days.
Place of Performance Not Applicable.
Contractor Personnel Contracted personnel will perform the necessary operations and maintenance activities in order to meet the prescribed requirements within the SOW.
Administrative Considerations Contractor-Furnished Items and Services- Except for those items or services specifically stated as Government furnished, the contractor shall furnish everything needed to perform this contract according to all its terms.
Environmental and Hazardous Materials Handling The contractor shall perform the requirements of this SOW in an environmentally acceptable manner consistent with Army, federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
The contractor shall follow established policies and procedures that minimize the risk of environmental pollution.
The contractor shall follow Army, MACOM and restricted area regulations/instructions and local plans and procedures concerning the handling of potentially hazardous/toxic materials.
The contractor shall cooperate with airfield officials in conducting inspections, resolving incidents, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence, where the release of hazardous/toxic materials occurs within the contractor’s area of responsibility as defined in this Statement of Work.
The contractor shall follow established programs to safely and properly use, manage, store, control, and dispose of combustible, flammable, and hazardous materials.
Revision: Revisions to the plan to assure contractor compliance to the requirements of the SOW and contract/task may be required at any time during performance of the contract. The contractor shall make appropriate revisions and obtain acceptance of the revised plan from the PCO.
