About this file
This document contains a federal contract solicitation and related questions and answers. The Illinois Army National Guard Occupational Medical Surveillance Examination Program requires providing job-related Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services to ILARNG Full-Time Support technicians who are or could potentially be exposed to health hazards on the job. Mobile medical exams will be conducted at two locations in Springfield and North Riverside, Illinois to fulfill this requirement. The solicitation seeks a contractor to conduct these exams, which may utilize a mix of on-site government exam rooms as well as off-site medical facilities within five miles for services like x-rays. There is currently no incumbent contract in place.
