Question 1. Will there be a set schedule for the contractor? Can you confirm the available office hours?
Answer 1: The contractor will not have any preexisting office hours. Mass is held every Tuesday-Friday during lunch and Sunday 0930-1030. The buildings are open 0830 to 1730 typically.
CLIN 0001 Masses and Special Programs 260 jobs per year, 5 jobs per week. Approximately 2-3 hours per week.
CLIN 0002 Canon Law Sacramental Marriages 40 total estimated per year CLIN 0003 Coordinated Sacramental Requirements 200 times per year CLIN 0004 Submit Diocesan Reports 100 times per year
Question 2. Are you able to provide a brief description for each job type (i.e. Canon Law Sacramental Marriages)?
Answer 2: The marriage prep is done by the Priest. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a copy of the paperwork.
Question 3. Please confirm the anticipated time (number of hours) each job will entail.

Question 4. Will the contractor be required to attend all events when each event is scheduled or will the contractor only be required for performing the duties behind the scenes with the specified work produced prior to each event?
Answer: This is negotiable for which events the contractor will be required to be present. They are not required to attend all of the events.
