Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Wireless Intrusion Detection System Purchase Description

1.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
This Purchase Description specifies the requirements and deliverables for the Asymmetric
Warfare Group (AWG), to acquire a Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) for the first floor of AWG Headquarters, building 2270, Fort George G. Meade Maryland 20755. This requirement is for the purchase and installation of a multi-spectrum detection system. The equipment does not currently reside within AWG.
2.0 WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
All work shall be conducted during normal duty hours unless coordinated in advance by the
Government Point of Contact (POC). Normal Duty hours are Monday-Friday 0700-1700, excluding Federal holidays.
3.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Contractor is responsible for the overall management and oversight of the program, personnel, planning, quality control, direction, coordination and reviews necessary to ensure effective contract performance. Upon award of order, contractor shall provide to the Government
POC the contact information for the contractor point of contact responsible for oversight of the project.
4.0 REQUIREMENTS
AWG has a critical requirement for acquisition, installation, and configuration of a Wireless
Intrusion Detection System. This system will be used to monitor a classified facility 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week to include all holidays.
At a minimum the WIDS must have all of the following capabilities or characteristics:
4.0.1. Detect and locate Wi-Fi signals
4.0.2. Detect and locate domestic cellular signals
4.0.3. Detect and locate international cellular signals
4.0.4. Detect and locate cellular ping detection
4.0.5. Detect and locate Wi-Fi signals
4.0.6. Detect and locate Bluetooth signals
4.0.7. Employment of passive sensors only
4.0.8. Contain a whitelist capability
4.0.9. Provide system integration with Lenel Onguard access control
4.0.10. Customizable map based interface
4.0.11. Audible and visual alarm indication
4.0.12. Provide historical playback
4.0.13. All remote devices will be Power-over-Ethernet (POE)
5.0 GOVERNMENT DELIVERABLES
5.0.1. The government will provide access to POE network drops for devices as required.
5.0.2. A network pathway from devices to the system controller
5.0.3. A network pathway from the system controller to the user interface.

5.0.4. 110 VAC Power at the system controller location
6.0 VENDOR DELIVERABLES
6.0.1 Vendor shall procure, install, program and integrate all components of the system required to provide a fully functional system IAW paragraph 4 above.
6.0.2 Vendor will perform a joint operability test with the customer validating all functions and individual hardware items prior to system turnover.
6.0.3. Vendor will provide a block of instruction on operation and troubleshooting not to exceed 2 hours.
6.0.4 Vendor shall provide a recommended parts and supplies list for items which are required for normal operations and maintenance.
6.0.5 Vendor shall provide 1 digital copy of system documentation and architecture information.
7.0 DELIVERY
All installation, testing, and training is to be complete within 6 months of order award.
8.0 GOVERNMENT/AWG POINTS OF CONTACT
The Government points of contact for this order will be provided at time of award.
