“This letter identifies TRITECH FORENSICS, Inc. (TIF), as the sole developer and builder of the Velocity line of digital forensics hardware and tools, including the MT400 Kit featuring the UFED Forensic System from Cellebrite USA Corporation that was established in 1999 and ADF Solutions, a forensic triage software data collection tool. TTF has been selling direct for the past 29 years and we do not have any U.S. resellers of our MT400 Kit.
With over 55 carriers in the U.S. and over 100 worldwide Cellebrite is the exclusive provider of mobile synchronization systems in the world for Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, T·Mobile, Metro PCS, Western Wireless, US Cellular, Cricket Communications as well as thousands of privately held cellular retailers. Likewise, ADF is recognized as the number one Forensic Triage extraction software tool set around the world, capturing the most evidence data of any other triage application.
The Velocity MT400 mobile triage kit is the only FAA carry on approved triage kit with both the Cellebrite and ADF Solution within the same kit. The Cellebrite UFED System is the only hand·held, cellular exploitation device worldwide that requires no PC or associated phone drivers. The UFED system will quickly extract phonebook, pictures, videos, SMS messages, calls histories, ESN/IMEI information, and deleted SMS/ call histories off the SIM/USIM for rapid analysis. Cellebrite supports all the major technologies (TDMA, CDMA, GSM, !DEN) including, Smartphone operating systems and PDAs (Apple I Phone, Blackberry, Google Android, Microsoft Mobile, Palm and Symbian) for over 95% of all handset models worldwide and over 90,000 units sold worldwide and hundreds of thousands of end·users.
ADF Solutions provides lightweight, USB deployed media exploitation and forensic triage tools used for scanning computers in the field or lab. All ADF triage tools are hardware independent and implemented as standalone software that does not require support from expensive, complex, and highly technical forensic software (e.g. Encase or FTK). The tools are designed for non-technical users and eliminate the need for extensive technical training or certifications.
As a single device, all ADF tools can triage Windows PC's, MACs and Intel-based computers as well as conduct live analysis of Windows-based computers. ADF tools can also collect the full array of system information including installed applications, Internet browsing and search histories, network information, physical memory, and more.
Unlike other digital forensic triage tools, the ADF triage tools - a) do not alter date or time stamps of any files on the suspect computer in both boot and live modes; b) are highly configurable by forensic users but easy to use by non-technical users; c) are the only tools that can parse a large variety of file types (including but not limited to: email, zip, graphic, thumb cache, office files, archives); and d) are also the only tools to deploy the patented Search Pak® technology that enables agencies to share forensic search intelligence while maintaining security and privacy.
ADF tools have been deployed in law enforcement and government agencies worldwide and the technology is the basis for the DHS Science and Technology division's Cyber Forensic First Responder Field Kit.”
