(ie. who will hold the clearance if a Secret Clearance is required?) Will the Key Personnel have to have a current Secret (or higher) Clearance prior to contract award? Will the ANGB sponsor a Vendor for a Secret Facility Clearance if required?

The person will be required to have or obtain a favorable background check. Secret Clearance not required at this time.

Solicitation Pg. 27 of 41. For Vendors that have not operated as a Prime Vendor, will Subcontractor past performance count as the same weight as Prime Vendor past performance?

If using the subcontractor’s past performance and is the key personnel that will be assigned to the contract, Exhibit B must be used and will be weighed the same.

Page 8, “Key Personnel,” says, “The personnel listed below are considered essential to the work performed hereunder.” On page 9, on top of the page, it states, “Name Position/Labor Category.” Please confirm you are asking the proposed Contractor to include the name of the Key Personnel, along with their position title and labor category under their GSA contract in response to this statement and to include this information as part of their proposal response.

Page 38, second to last paragraph, states, “Prepare not more than 3 of these documents.” This is in reference to Exhibit A, Part I. On the Exhibit A, Part I form, it states, “Prepare not more than five (5) of these documents.” Please clarify if we are to respond with preparing 3 or 5 of Exhibit A, Part I.

The proposal should not have more than 3 documents.

Exhibit A, Part II, lists items to address in proposer’s response – 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D and then it skips to 2F. Please confirm that there isn’t a 2E section and that 2F should in fact be 2E.
