1.0 General:
1.1 Scope: Non personal services, contractor shall provide all non-personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform construction inspection services to assist the 173rd Civil Engineering Squadron at Kingsley Field ANGB, Klamath Falls, OR as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
1.2 Background: The 173rd Fighter Wing at Kingsley Field ANGB is adding a Total Force Integration (TFI) mission to its F-15 training unit. The TFI includes seven additional F-15C aircraft and 90 active duty members stationed at Kingsley Field. This mission increase includes various complex MILCON and SRM projects at high cost magnitudes that require both design, construction and commissioning. Due to the complex nature of the projects, many of which contain unique construction and sustainability elements, and the magnitude of concurrent projects in design and construction phases, the 173rd Civil Engineering Squadron has determined the requirement for an onsite project manager/inspector throughout the completion of the TFI conversion in order to ensure accomplishment of mission critical goals and the timely execution of all construction and design projects.
1.3 Period of Performance: The Period of performance shall be 1 year with a second year as an option. The Period of Performance reads as follows:
1.3.1 Base Bid: 30 September 2018 to 29 September 2019

At that point they should go to the nearest CAC/DEERS office for issuance of a CAC card. Failure to respond to the first system generated email within five working days will remove them from the system.
