The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to change the circuit breakers in section 3.1 of the technical specifications from "30A" to "40A," and extend the offer due date from 1130 PST on 14 September 2023 to 1130 PST on 18 September 2023.

SPECIFICATION

(CORRECTIONS IN RED, 9/14/23)

1.0 INTENT

The following specifications pertain to the purchase and delivery of electrical materials for delivery to the Dworshak Project Powerhouse.

2.0 SCOPE

The successful Offeror shall be required to provide the materials described in Section 3.0 below and ship the materials to Dworshak Project as required in Section 6.0, Shipment and Delivery. All items delivered under this contract must be new and in original packaging if applicable.

3.0 MATERIALS SPECIFICATION

3.1 Panelboard (1 each)

400 Ampere, 480 VAC (volts alternating current), 3 Phase, 3 Wire, 65 kiloampere SCCR (short-circuit current rating), 30 Circuit, Copper Ground Bus Enclosure NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) Type 1 Enclosure Main Circuit Breaker (1 each) - 250A, 3 Pole, 480 VAC, 65 kiloampere AIC (ampere interrupting capacity), Bolt-On, LSI Protection, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control.

Circuit Breaker (2 each) - 30A, 3 Pole, 480 VAC, 35 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control.

Circuit Breaker (4 each) - 30A 40A, 3 Pole, 480 VAC, 35 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control.

15 Kilo-volt-amperes, 480:120/240 VAC, 1 Phase, NEMA Type 3R Outdoor Rated, containing minimum 2 taps at +5% voltage & -5% voltage in 2.5% increments

Main Circuit Breaker (1 each) - 70A, 2 Pole, 480VAC, 20 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control.

Enclosure NEMA Type 3R Enclosure Circuit Breaker (10 each) – 20A, 1 Pole, 120 VAC, 22 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, shall be UL67 listed, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control Circuit Breaker (1 each) – 30A, 2 Pole, 240 VAC, 22 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, shall be UL67 listed, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control Circuit Breaker (1 each) – 50A, 2 Pole, 240 VAC, 22 kiloampere AIC, Bolt-On, shall be UL67 listed, Equipped with Padlockiloampereble Device for Hazardous Energy Control Shall include circuit breaker blank cover for unused circuits in panel.

Copper Cable Low Smoke Zero Halogen Jacket. UL 1277 standard.

Must include a rip cord the full length Individual jacket color shall be Brown, Orange, Yellow.

3.4 Conductor (300 Feet)

#10-3C with Ground, THHN/THWN-2, 600 VAC Individual Conductors are to be contained in a single jacket with each conductor being Stranded

Material – light weight cast aluminum with white powder coating UL Listed Certified for Damp Locations

4.0 SUBMITTALS

The Offeror shall provide with their quote sufficient product information (i.e., brochures, cut sheets, options available and offered, etc.) for the Government to determine whether the products offered meet the salient requirements described herein. Documents should be annotated so that it is clear what options are included and/or excluded.

5.0 WARRANTY

Each item shall be covered by the manufacture’s standard warranty.

6.0 SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to the locations indicated above not later than three (3) weeks of contract award. The Contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to Dworshak Project. Deliveries will only be accepted during normal Project business hours, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM –4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. The Visitor Center is normally not staffed for receiving deliveries, and the Contractor shall provide advance notice to the designated Project POC at least two full business days (M-Th) prior to delivery.
