SECTION L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS
The following have been modified:
SITE VISIT INFORMATION
(a) Vendors are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local questions that could affect the cost of contract pricing. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
(b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for— 9 March 2020 at 10:00 A.M. PST
(c) Participants will meet at:

(e) Site visit attendees must register no later than 24 hours before the site visit.
(f) Site visit attendees must be prepared to give the following information:
(1) Name of company being represented
(2) Number of people in the party
(3) The name of each individual planning to attend. Each individual must have picture identification on his/her person while at the project site. There can be no substitutions of one individual for another. If an individual arrives at the site visit without having called ahead of time and/or without picture identification, that individual may not be allowed on the site visit.
Acceptable forms of documentation include:
A US passport, Certificate of US citizenship (INS Form N-560 or N-561), Certificate of Naturalization (INS Form
N-550 or N-570), foreign passport with I-551 stamp or attached INS Form I-94 indicating employment authorization, Alien Registration Receipt Card with photograph (INS Form I-151 or I-551), Temporary Resident
Card (INS Form I-688), Employment Authorization Card (INS Form I-688A), Reentry Permit (INS Form I-327), Refugee Travel Document (INS Form I-571), Employment Authorization Document issued by the INS which contains a photograph (INS Form I-688B).
Participants of scheduled site visit must abide by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements
Manual (EM 385-1-1, latest version) in accordance with Section 5, “Personal Protective and Safety Equipment.” It is

the responsibility of the participants to wear personal protective and safety equipment as required by this regulation.
Failure to comply could result in denial of access to site visit location.
The ACCESS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS clause applies to site visits as well as to performance of the work.
Foreign Nationals must have received clearance prior to being granted access to the project site during the site visit.
Security clearance for foreign nationals to attend a site visit or to perform onsite work requires a minimum of four weeks. Please send documentation by email (.pdf files are preferred) to Chandra.D.Crow@usace.army.mil.
(g) There will be only one site visit offered. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start of the site visit to allow for appropriate processing time.
ACCESS DURING THE COVID 19 OUTBREAK: In order to prevent the spread of illness and to ensure the full operational capacity of our facilities, all individuals must have hand sanitizer on hand to use during the duration of the site visit. Please practice caution and some social distancing to include refraining from shaking hands. Please wipe down table tops, door knobs, phones, keyboards, or other commonly used work surfaces and devices with disinfecting wipes. In addition, out of an abundance of caution ANYONE WHO PRESENTS SIGNS OF ILLNESS
OF ANY KIND (i.e., cold, cough, flu, etc) will not be permitted to access the project site.
