8th Theater Sustainment Command requires a system that will allow our Logistics Support Vessels to access the Joint Common Operational Picture. This system should allow communications to Air Force, Marine, Navy, Coast Guard, and NATO units in the Link 16 network to support Multi Domain Battle. We are looking for a capability that has an Authority to Operate (ATO) on Government networks and has approved JREAP A, B, and C capabilities. We need the system to also have a tactical UHF Radio for the transmission path when installed on the LSV’s (x3). We also would need three separate systems for monitoring that can connect via TCP/IP. The three separate systems will not require a tactical UHF Radio for transmission because they will connect via IP. The system will need to ensure we can communicate with all other surface, air, and sea vessels operating within Link 11, Link 16, and SADL networks. The system must also have an emergency beacon technology that can be seen by every system in the network if activated. This system will be operated on a live operational network so it will need to have an approved ATO before it can be allowed to connect and it must be JTIC certified for JREAP A, B, and C. The three LSV’s will require full installation of all equipment and the vessels may not all be at port at the same time due to mission requirements. Contractors will need to coordinate a date with 8th TSC when all three vessels are in place.
