Q1. Will the Army Contracting Command, MICC need the contractor to provide the facility or is a facility readily available for use and/or reserved and we will just be required to “man” them?

A1. As per PWS paragraph 1.1, contractor shall provide facilities and personnel for contract performance.

Q2. Will the Army Contracting Command, MICC need lifeguards etc. and if lifeguards are needed, will the lifeguards we provide, need to be trainers for their students?

A2. As per PWS paragraph 4.2.2, contractor shall provide “two certified lifeguards.” Lifeguards will not provide training. Lifeguards will provide safety monitoring only.

Q3. Will the accommodations need to be double occupancy for the cadets and cadre? If so, must the accommodations all be in same location?

A3. As per PWS paragraph 5.1.2, lodging shall be “no more than two individuals to a room/tent for double occupancy.” Cadets and cadre shall be lodged at the same location and segregated by gender.

Q4. If the cadets and cadre are able to be in different locations, will we be responsible for travel?

A4. Cadets and cadre shall not be lodged at separate locations. If lodging, dining, and training facilities are not collocated at contractor’s facility, contractor shall be responsible for additional transportation requirements.
